Andrea Bocelli on Abortion
I want to tell you a little story. This is how the story goes, a young pregnant wife has just been hospitalized for an attack of appendicitis. The doctors had to apply ice onto her stomach, and when all of the treatment had ended they suggested that she abort her child. They explained to her that it was the very best solution because her baby would be born with some form of disability.
But, the brave young mother decided not to abort her baby, and her child was born. That woman was my mother, and I am that child.
I may be partisan, but I can say it was the right choice. I hope my story can help encourage mothers that sometimes find themselves in difficult situations, in those moments when life seems so complicated, but they want to save the life of their baby. —Andrea Bocelli

Unplanned is the inspiring true story of one woman’s transformation. All that Abby Johnson ever wanted to do was help women. As one of the youngest Planned Parenthood clinic directors in the nation, she was involved in upwards of 22,000 abortions and counseled countless women about their reproductive choices. Her passion surrounding a woman’s right to choose even led her to become a spokesperson for Planned Parenthood, fighting to enact legislation for the cause she so deeply believed in. Until the day she saw something that changed everything, leading Abby Johnson to join her former enemies at 40 Days For Life, and become one of the most ardent pro-life speakers in America. A transformation indeed.

"...mothers that sometimes find themselves in difficult situations, in those moments when life seems so complicated, but want to save the life of their baby."
Abortion clinics are as close as they can be to Middle schools, High schools, Colleges and Universities, because 52% of all abortions are on women under 25. Our culture is shaped by the young. To end abortion, students have to take the lead. Developing strong student leaders for the pro-life movement is critical.
Why would someone kill their own child?
When you believe there's no God, and you want to do something that's wrong, any excuse will work, until one minute after you die.
It’s my body
It’s not a baby anyway
Had too much to drink
Didn't mean to get pregnant
Being pregnant is inconvenient
Acceptable form of birth control
We're not competent parents
Possible infant disabilities
Not ready to be a parent
Rape or incest

New York Legalizes Abortion Up to Baby's Birthday to celebrate the Anniversary of Roe v. Wade
New York legislators stood, cheered and applauded Tuesday night after the state Senate removed restrictions on late-term abortions, allowing unborn babies to be killed up to and including their Birthday.
The Reproductive Health Act passed with a 38-28 vote and was signed into law by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (Democrat).
"Today we are taking a giant step forward in the hard-fought battle to ensure a woman's right to make her own decisions about her own personal health, including the ability to access abortion."
